Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
A non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet is required.
Monthly pet rent of $20 will be charged per pet.

Non-acceptable Canine Breeds:
Pit Bulls & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita
